The Reporting feature consists of several different reports that provide the data you need to make informed decisions. The reporting feature will continue to evolve over time, and as new reports are added, you will find links to articles that examine the various reports in detail within this main article.
β
Now, let's take a look at the Reports Overview:
Reports > OverviewFirst, go to the 'Reports (Beta)' page added to the main menu.
In the Overview section of this page, you can access three different data points: 'Current Candidate Process,' 'Candidate Sources,' and 'Interview Stages.'
β
Now, let's explore each one in more detail.
- Current Candidate Process:In this section, you can view numerical details about your open job postings, active candidates, archived candidates, your average hiring time, and your offer acceptance rate.
β

β
This way, you can get a general summary of all the data you keep in one glance. This section displays real-time data, meaning the current status of all positions in Hiroo:
- Active Job Postings
It shows how many job postings are currently open. - Active Candidates
The number of active candidates who are not archived, are in the interview process, or are waiting after applying. - Archived Candidates
How many candidates have been moved to the archive. - Average Time-to-Hire
This shows the average time from when candidates enter the process until they are hired, calculated by averaging the time taken for all hires. - Offer Acceptance Rate
The offer acceptance rate of the company, calculated based on the total number of hires and offers made.
β
You can access all this data through this table and make more informed hiring decisions.
- Candidate Sources
In this section, you can review the source of your candidates based on the time frame you set, displayed graphically as 'Applicants' and 'Contacted.' For example, did more candidates come through applications or were they sourced directly? You can find this information in this section.
β

β
To select a date range, you can choose two different dates from the two date fields.
For example, to generate this report from January 1st to today, you can set the first date as 01.01.2024 and select today's date in the second field.
β

β
However, for quicker and more practical selection, you can click the button labeled "All Time" with the calendar icon on the right to choose from the most frequently used date ranges.
β

β
With the "Add" button on the job posting filter on the left, you can choose which positions you want to view this report for. In this list, both open and closed job postings are visible.
You can easily find open job postings by seeing a π’ next to them.
Closed job postings are indicated with π΄.

β
β
You will see these options for selecting job postings and dates easily across many report types.
- Interview Stages
In this section, you can find a report regarding the stages where your active candidates (all candidates in the process + hired candidates) are during a specific date range.
β

β
For example, for all positions, you can find information on how many candidates are in the Offer stage, how many are in the Office Interview stage, and so on in this report.
With the Job Posting Filter, you can select only active job postings. As you make each selection, the relevant report list will be clearly displayed below.
