With this integration, Talent CRM has completed two-way email integration for both Microsoft and Google Mail, an important feature. Our next goal is to add new features that will make this functionality even more practical and user-friendly.
2. Reports > Overview ImprovementsWe quickly made improvements to the reports we announced in the Beta version last week. In the upcoming period, we are working on enabling access to many reports, such as candidate-based, position-based, user-based, and interview-based reports.
We made some small changes to the permission structure for reports. Now, HR teams can access reports more easily.
In this release, we have implemented many UI improvements that we have been planning for a long time. These improvements are designed to make Hiroo much easier to use.
Job Listings Page UI Improvements
We added practical colors to make it easier to find job listings based on whether they are open (external), open within the company (internal), in draft, or closed on the Career Page.
Candidates List - Tag Display
We have reviewed the candidates list. We wanted to display the tag feature we recently added in this list as well. This way, you can easily find candidates with tags while browsing the list.
Candidates List - Star Rating Display
When evaluating your candidates, you could give a score using a 5-star rating in the notes section of the Candidate Card, including half-point ratings. Now, we’ve made it possible for you to see these scores in the Candidates List as well. This way, you can easily select previously rated candidates from the list.
Additional Information Section in the Candidate Card
We have made the additional information section in the Candidate Card more visible. This section serves as a place where you can view the answers to extra questions you want to ask the candidate, as well as the acceptance of the GDPR policy.

With Hiroo's latest update, you can now categorize candidates according to your preferences. Thanks to the Candidate Tagging feature, you can classify candidates based on specific criteria and filter them using these tags for easy access.

✅ Let’s say you’ve built a large candidate pool for an 'engineering' position. You successfully filled the role, but when you need to hire again for a similar position, you can quickly access these candidates with the 'engineering' tag you created earlier. Or let’s get more specific: you can tag your Software Engineer candidates based on the programming languages they’ve worked with or the technologies they’ve used, such as Java, SpringBoot, .NET, AWS. This way, instead of starting the process from scratch, you can quickly find the most suitable candidates from the pool you’ve already evaluated.
