Interview Scheduling for Microsoft Enterprise Users 🗓️

Right after integrating Microsoft Sign-in, we have now launched the interview scheduling feature for Microsoft enterprise users. 🚀

With this feature, you can log in with your Microsoft company account, schedule interviews directly through Hiroo, and take advantage of the Teams integration.

Teams Integration: When you schedule interviews, a Teams invitation will be automatically sent to candidates and interviewers. This way, you can organize your interviews effortlessly without wasting time.

Interviews" Section Added to the Candidate Card 🚀

‍

You’ve logged in with your Microsoft or Google company email and created a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams event. Now, you can track all past and upcoming interviews with the candidate from the "Interviews" tab.

‍

You can schedule a single joint interview with your candidates, and the meeting link and calendar invitation will be sent to both you and the candidate. Alternatively, you can plan back-to-back interviews all in one place.

Automatic Interview Note Reminder 👌: When you schedule an interview, you’ll receive an automatic email notification afterward, reminding you to enter interview notes. If you haven't added your notes, you’ll continue to receive reminders until you do.

CV Link in Application Emails: We've added a link to candidate CVs in application emails. This way, you can quickly and easily access candidate information.

• Minor Bug Fixes: We've fixed a few small issues on our platform.
• UI Improvements: We’ve made various enhancements to the user interface for a smoother experience. We also noticed that some users were missing our great filters on the candidate page, so we made them more visible.

A New Era in Candidate Communication: Two-Way Email Integration for Gmail 📧

We've completed the two-way email integration with Gmail in Hiroo to make your communication with candidates more effective and efficient 🥁.

Now, you can manage both sent and received emails from one platform.

‍Send and Reply to E-mails:

• Use Your Company Gmail Account: Users can send emails to candidates through their Gmail accounts and view incoming replies directly within the Hiroo platform, making it easy to track all communication in one place.
• Send from Hiroo’s Email Address: For more formal communication via auto-emails, you can also send emails from the no-reply@hiroo.co address. The choice is entirely yours.

Future Updates: We’re continuously improving our CRM features. Soon, we’ll add two-way email integration for Microsoft accounts, and we’ll also provide detailed analysis of the emails we send.
